FUNGSI VITAMIN DAN ASAM AMINO

 

Vitamin C

Menjaga kesehatan kulit, dengan membantu produksi kolagen, membantu mengurangi munculnya keriput pada kulit, dan kadar ascorbic acid yang tinggi dalam jaringan dapat membantu mencegah pigmentasi. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

 

Vitamin E

Melindungi sel dan jaringan dari kerusakan akibat oksidasi, menjaga daya tahan tubuh dan menjaga kesehatan kulit: Vitamin E dapat mengontrol proses melanogenesis dengan menghambat aktivitas enzyme tirosinase. 1, 6, 7, 8

 

L-Cysteine

Membantu proses produksi kolagen dan menjaga elastisitas dan tekstur kulit, membantu dalam proses sintesa protein dan detoksifikasi tubuh, menjaga daya tahan tubuh. 6, 11, 12

 

Vitamin B2

Membantu penyerapan mineral seperti zat besi, zinc, dan membantu dalam proses pembentukan energi. 4, 9, 10

 

Calcium Panthothenate

Berperan dalam proses perubahan karbohidrat menjadi energi, membantu proses produksi sel darah merah, dan membantu proses penyembuhan untuk kulit yang terluka dan membantu melembabkan kulit. 13, 14, 15
