FUNGSI VITAMIN DAN ASAM AMINO

 

Vitamin C

Menjaga kesehatan kulit, dengan membantu produksi kolagen, membantu mengurangi munculnya keriput pada kulit, dan kadar ascorbic acid yang tinggi dalam jaringan dapat membantu mencegah pigmentasi. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

 

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3)

Memperbaiki kulit keriput, menjaga kesehatan kulit, rambut, mata, dan hati, dan berperan penting dalam memproses metabolisme protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat.12, 13

 

L-Cysteine

Membantu proses produksi kolagen dan menjaga elastisitas dan tekstur kulit, membantu dalam proses sintesa protein dan detoksifikasi tubuh, menjaga daya tahan tubuh. 6, 11, 12

 

Vitamin B2

Membantu penyerapan mineral seperti zat besi, zinc, dan membantu dalam proses pembentukan energi. 4, 9, 10

 

Vitamin B6

Membantu menjaga daya tahan tubuh, menjaga kesehatan kulit, rambut, mata, dan hati, serta membantu proses metabolisme karbohidrat, lemak, dan protein.13

 

Biotin

Membantu proses metabolisme karbohidrat, lemak, dan protein, membantu menjaga kesehatan kulit, rambut, mata, dan hati. 14
